Just wrote to Bloodlist about Fresh Blood 15.
It is now October... I'm not sure they have the time to open submissions, close submissions, read them all, then make decisions by Halloween.
But we shall see.
This year I will be submitting my allegorical werewolf script Cubs to them.
Also, this Twitter post (which the Bloodlist reposted) has made me feel a little bit better about not getting on the Bloodlist the last two years.
I guess they're not all Autopsy of Jane Doe, The Watcher, 'Till Death, We Summon the Darkness, The Lodge, The Babysitter, Stoker, The Shallows, Maggie and Grabbers.
