Okay, I have a few things to say here.

The first is that this list of semi-finalists is longer than some of Jack Kerouac's roadtrips.

That's the first thing.

And what frustrated and perplexes me the most is that Personal Demons was good enough to advanced to the next level after being submitted, but not good enough to make it into this hilariously long list of semi-finalists?

Whatever.

Okay, then there's the scripts in this list which have just unforgivably terrible and cheesy names.

"When Horror Met Sally"... "The Desolation of Stoneheir, Alaska"... "Shimmerverse"... "The Babysitter" (isn't that already a movie?)...  "Black Death Zombie"... "Cryptodome"... "Deadville"... 'Freaky Friday... the 13th!"... "Resurrection Girl and the Curse of the Wendigo"... I know you can't judge a script by its name, but I refuse to believe that any of these scripts are better than Personal Demons.

Mind you, I would have to read them to find out, but I'd rather not.
