Well, not only is my Tracking Board membership now completed and active, but the 2016 Fade In Agency Guide is available to order and discounted.
Furthermore, I've decided to vent my work frustrations with a autobiographical account of my time in the American, urban public education system. I decided on this a long time ago, but I've recently worked out the book's structure (in a list, as always) and have written the introduction and have begun telling my story (in narrative non-fiction style, of course).
I'll be writing it off to the side.
First is a slew of screenplays I have to complete (which I'll hopefully be writing over winter break), my new novel (the first David Kemp novel told from the first person, about my recovering addict friend in New Orleans) and a stack of short horror stories I have been slacking on. I need to write those and submit them to magazines.
But for now I sleep, relax my feet, read and look forward to when I have time to write... And hope that I have enough stamina and mental agility to make the statements flow as I see fit.
