PitchFest Strategy

FadeIn Magazine just sent the preliminary list of VIPs who will be at PitchFest.
This is so we can formulate a game plan as to who is seeking what, who we want to pitch to and when. 

The "preliminary Execs" List they just sent in PDF is 12 pages long. Only 4 of those pages are for the virtual meetings. I had to delete 8 pages of this doc. 

Yeeeeeeeeesh!

So, there are eight companies I am pitching both projects to and 13 companies total. It looks like I will be using all but 2 of my 15 pitches. Three left over for next year.  

And I have it in writing from the people at FadeIn that, if I don't use all my pitches this year, I can use them at next year's PitchFest.

Now I just have to make sure that I jump on their system at 8pm sharp on Wednesday and snag these virtual meeting times.
