PitchFest follow-up

So... I've been getting a bit antsy, seeing as Pitchfest was two weeks ago and the one VIP i hadn't heard back from was the from perhaps one of my best meetings, and the one VIP who wanted to have FadeIn act as a liaison in order to acquire my script.

Now, my trust issues with FadeIn are well (publicly) documented and, I feel, warranted.

At any rate, I researched and found Epicenter's website (to confirm that it is the same company that I pitched to two weeks ago).

I also found an online form that I can use to contact them.

Granted, I would rather have a direct email for the Coordinator I spoke with, but what can you do?

I also emailed FadeIn on Weds. August 10th and asked:

"Dear FadeIn,

During Pitchfest, one of the VIPs (Hayley Charas, from Epicenter) expressed immense interest in my project said she would follow up by requesting my script through you.
I know, on the website, it says, that "have company reps fill out a Read List, which, they in turn, hand in to us at the conclusion of their session so that we may contact you directly for your project. We then forward your project to them for review."
I was just writing to see what the next step is for this.

Please advise whenever is convenient"

FadeIn response:

"We don't have the read list from this rep yet -- the process is that they send us a list of who they want to read and we collect those scripts/materials and pass them along to the rep.  We'll send e-mails out anytime a request comes through.

It can take about 3 weeks to get all the lists back..."

My meeting with Epicenter was on Friday, July 29th.

It is now Friday, August 12th.

It has been two weeks.

I will give FadeIn until next Friday, and then I contact Epicenter directly.
