So, I'm glad I read the Hollywood Pitchfest FAQ on how to follow-up with companies that liked your pitch and want to get in touch with you.
Here is what it says:
"How do I follow up with each representative after the festival? Since each representative leads a very hectic professional life, sending a nice thank you card is your best option in lieu of calling him or her directly to “see how you liked my story.” Trust us, if they liked your pitch, they’ll contact you. You don’t want to come across as desperate or pesky. On the other hand, if the rep you pitched to asked you to give them a call after the festival in order to send them your script, most definitely pick up the phone. We also have company reps fill out a Read List, which, they in turn, hand in to us at the conclusion of their session so that we may contact you directly for your project. We then forward your project to them for review. Above all, keep your eyes peeled for those opportunities where follow up would be in order (e.g., when the rep appears in the trades or gets a new job or promotion, congratulate them with an email or card)."
I guess and I'll wait and see what happens with Haley Charas and Epicenter.
