Today, after exercising, showering and shaving, I finally sat down, burned my Edgar Allan Poe Paddywax candle, chugged a blueberry Red Bull (as is my custom) and finished a David Kemp story that I conceived November of 2020, began writing last summer (in June!), fiddled with in November of last year and finally completed today.
Hopefully this signals the end of a dry period in my literary creative output.
Now I have a minor headache and, despite finishing a blog post (where I will begin posting my work, I will read for a bit (Gary Brandner's Hellborn) before I attempt to crank out a few pages in my latest horror screenplay, Wolves at the Door.
