So... the above online writer's community, of which I've been a member since 2011, has just saved me $35+ and a slew of frustration.
The first agency to ask for my manuscript (Charlotte Gusay Agency) is horseshit... As the above link will attest.
However, Zero Gravity Agency (who represent the writers of the William H. Macy/Maria Bello film The Cooler) still have my script and are considering/reading/deliberating over it.
There's still hope...
